How to Defragment system in linux, for a maximum of a system work
Hello brother, this time you get in the tutorial, how to Defragment system in linux or ubuntu.
If you are a windows user and just learn about linux, this tutorial may be very useful to you, why? because we do defragment activity on linux system, we can improve the performance of linux itself.
Structuring activities in the system is very important, because then, we can increase or maximize system itself.
This is very different from the way we do it in windows, if the windows we can do this easily defragment activity, but in linux we need manually by typing a command in terminal ubuntu or linux.
Split a system, many of the causes for an error occurs while doing other activities or involuntary termination of the activity system, which is commonly called the interrupt.
This little solution to resolve the issue:
The first thing you should do is open a terminal and enter your ubuntu as root, with sudo su.
after that you type the following command:
fdisk-l (to see where we are a linux system)
then type the command:
e4defrag / dev/sda6
(ext4 e4defrag = command to conduct the process in the system and / dev/sda6 is my linux system layout)
then press the enter key on your keyboard.
wait until the process is complete.
and here's the results of the report :
hopefully useful and thanks for coming ... :)
